WiseAIOps Debuts at REAL Summit 2026, Supporting Enterprise AX Innovation

Wisenet IT said on the 9th that it participated as a Gold sponsor in SamsungSDS's REAL Summit 2026, held at COEX in Seoul. REAL Summit 2026 is SamsungSDS's flagship conference.

This year's REAL Summit 2026 was held under the theme, "The Future of Successful AX Innovation Completed with AI Full-Stack," and was organized as a venue to share enterprise AX strategies and implementation plans. The event featured AI use cases and technologies across industries, including manufacturing, finance, public sector, defense, retail, services, and logistics.

At the event, Wisenet IT operated a REAL Summit 2026 booth and unveiled its integrated AI operations platform, WiseAIOps. At the event, Wisenet IT introduced an AI utilization environment centered on WiseAIOps and presented an environment that supports enterprises in building AI models, applying them in practice, and operating them continuously.

WiseAIOps is an MLOps platform that integrates data preparation, model development, execution, operations, and management functions. The platform is designed to efficiently manage the entire process from AI model development and deployment to operations.

Wisenet IT also unveiled a conversational AI operations environment. Based on natural-language requests, the environment enables AI to understand the user's intent, search for the necessary data, search for the needed models, and support model execution and model performance comparison. As a result, users do not need to handle complex procedures directly, and they can improve the intuitiveness of analysis tasks. It also allows users to continuously check the results and performance of AI models in operation.

The analysis results of AI models are linked with the BI solution WiseIntelligence. Through this, results can be viewed in chart, dashboard, and report formats. WiseIntelligence is a natural-language-based BI tool that understands the intent behind a user's question, presents suitable visualizations, and provides AI insights.

At the event, cases such as predicting equipment anomalies in manufacturing and predicting the risk of imported goods in retail and services, as well as managing imported goods grades in retail and services, were demonstrated. Interest from visitors also continued to center on how to continuously manage and use AI models in an operational environment after development, and on ways to connect them with existing data analysis environments.

Regarding this trend, Kwon Ji-soo, head of Wisenet IT's research institute, said that the main users of AI are expanding from a small number of experts to frontline workers, and that AI results are becoming established as tools connected to decision-making. He added that the company will continue to advance related technologies and products based on AI and data technologies, support the embedding of AI into enterprises' actual work and decision-making, and actively support enterprises' AX transformation.

Meanwhile, Wisenet IT signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Kwan Entertainment in August. The partnership is aimed at the official launch of the YouTube data-based platform Tumeet and its successful establishment in the market.
