Wonderful Raises USD 550 Million Series C at USD 5 Billion Valuation, Expands Enterprise AI OS

Wonderful announced the completion of a USD 550 million Series C round at a valuation of USD 5 billion, or about KRW 7 trillion. The round was led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce participating as a follow-on investor. Existing investors Index Ventures, IVP, Bain Ventures, Nineyards, and Bessemer Venture Partners also joined the follow-on investment.

Wonderful plans to use the newly raised funds to accelerate product development. It also plans to significantly expand its dedicated global implementation team and respond to surging demand for its enterprise AI OS.

Bar Winkler, co-founder and CEO of Wonderful, said enterprise AI transformation has entered a new phase. He added that just as cloud platforms became core infrastructure for modern companies, AI operating systems are expected to become the core operating foundation for every company in the future. He also said customer cases show that when AI deployed in a specific area delivers operational results, it quickly spreads across the organization.

CEO Bar Winkler said that if AI spreads without a common operating system, the fragmentation and complexity seen in existing SaaS could be repeated across multiple solutions and systems. He said companies need a common AI foundation whose value continues to accumulate as it is used across more organizations and tasks, and that Wonderful is building such a common AI foundation. He added that, based on this investment, the company plans to support more enterprises in their organization-wide AI transformation.

Wonderful AI OS is a common operating foundation that integrates AI agents, workflows, AI-native applications, business context, system integrations, and governance across an organization. The platform is designed with an open, model-agnostic architecture and is compatible with existing technology stacks. This allows companies to avoid vendor lock-in, reduce the need to rebuild systems repeatedly, and flexibly adopt new models and capabilities as AI advances.
