The system recognizes and translates each language automatically, with no setup. Songs are translated too.

On a computer (web), no: audio and caption data are not stored. In the CapCrush app for iPhone and Android, audio is not stored, but the recognized and translated caption text is saved to your account (see the CapCrush privacy policy).

Sentences update as they are spoken. Translations may be delayed or contain errors, and Easy Read mode can appear later than the video.

Audio from your video app is sent to our server for recognition and translation, and the recognized and translated sentences are stored on the server. You can end captions and capture any time.

You can request deletion of your account and data on our account deletion page, without logging in.

CapCrush listens to the sound of the app you’re watching through the screen broadcast on iPhone, or screen and audio capture on Android. Some apps restrict capture or protect their content, so CapCrush may not work with every app or video.

No. The app shows captions only. For interpreter voice, use BizCrush Live in Chrome or Edge on a computer.
