CapCrush time ran out? How to get more time
CapCrush uses the time on your BizCrush account. If the 5-minute trial has ended, sign in with a free BizCrush account to keep going; if your account time is used up, choose a plan on the BizCrush website. Then open CapCrush again and sign in with the same email.
Three steps

Check your remaining time
Sign in on the BizCrush website and open your account. The home screen shows this month’s usage as a percentage, and the Billing page shows how much is still available and, on a plan, when it renews.

Choose a plan
Pick a plan (Basic · Pro) on the BizCrush website. One plan covers BizCrush, TalkCrush and CapCrush.

Open CapCrush again
Open the CapCrush app on your iPhone and sign in with the same email you use on the website. The app uses the time on that account.

What is the free trial?
You can use CapCrush for the first 5 minutes in total without signing in. After that, continue with a BizCrush account.
What does the free BizCrush account include?
The free plan includes up to 3 hours of usage. No card needed to start.
Is the time shared with BizCrush and TalkCrush?
Yes. One BizCrush plan covers BizCrush, TalkCrush and CapCrush, and usage time is shared across the three apps. Usage is counted by connection time, including silence and pauses, and stops when you end the capture.
Where do I choose a plan?
Plans are managed on the BizCrush website, in your account. The CapCrush app uses the same BizCrush account, so sign in with the same email.
