Korean–Vietnamese event interpretation: AI live captions and voice (2026 pricing)
BizCrush interprets talks and conversations between Korean and Vietnamese with live captions and AI voice. In Korea, Event captions cost ₩1,000,000 per full day (VAT excluded), whatever the number of caption languages; adding Vietnamese voice interpretation makes it ₩2,000,000. Outside Korea, the same day is US$1,000, or US$2,000 with voice. We have run multilingual international events such as the Smart Life Week 2026 Mayors Forum in Seoul.

How it runs
- Before the event: register slides, names of people and companies, and technical terms. You can fix how specific words are translated into Vietnamese.
- On the day: the stage screen shows the original and Vietnamese captions, and attendees can follow on their own phones via QR. Voice is heard on a language channel of the venue receivers. No app install needed.
- In Korea, on-site staff handle setup, testing and output for each language. Outside Korea, we run pre-event training and connection testing, then operate remotely on the day.
FAQ
Can Korean and Vietnamese be mixed?
Yes. It detects the spoken language automatically and keeps up when a speaker switches language mid-sentence.
Can other languages be shown alongside Vietnamese?
Caption languages have no extra fee. Each voice language adds ₩1,000,000 per full day in Korea, or US$1,000 outside Korea.
What about technical terms?
Register terms and proper nouns before the event, and they are reflected in recognition and translation.
Can you cover events in Vietnam?
Yes. Outside Korea, the USD base fee (US$1,000 per full day for Event captions) includes pre-event training, connection testing and day-of remote operation. On-site staff, equipment and travel are quoted separately.
