Does adding languages change the cost?

Additional caption languages carry no per-language fee. Voice interpretation adds the same time-based rate for each output language, and the first and additional voice languages cost the same.

Do attendees use receivers or their own devices?

Attendees need no personal internet connection or app. They pick a language channel on a venue receiver to hear AI voice interpretation, and on-site operators manage each language feed. Captions can be read in any language on their own devices, and we recommend the right setup for your venue.

Do you provide receivers?

Yes. We can arrange the transmitters and receivers your event needs, along with installation, distribution, and collection. We test equipment compatibility and channel setup in advance, and equipment is quoted separately.

Can you handle specialized terminology?

Register presentation materials, names of people and companies, and technical terms in advance so they are reflected in recognition and translation.

Why might the final quote differ?

The final setup and cost can vary with the number of rooms, running time, additional voice channels, equipment, and on-site conditions.
